New small modern villa in Son Moja, an urbanisation with one family houses and small villas, near the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Santanyí. It is situated on the edge of Son Moja with a nice view above a small pine-forest until the next urbanisation. The beach of Cala Santanyí is in about 700 metres distance, the village of Santanyí in about 3 kilometres. The construction takes perfectly advantage of the corner plot. The living / dining-area is very light and high. The kitchen is completely equipped. Several big doors are leading to the roofed and unroofed terraces and the beautiful swimming-pool with nice sun-beds and a small garden. There are 3 bedrooms and two bath-rooms, one en suite. Two of the bed-rooms have directly access on the terrace. On the roof terrace you are invisible from the neighbours and may enjoy a relaxing sun-bath. Excluded July and August, we also accept bookings of 5 nights.
