An exterior stairs goes up to the first floor where you find two more double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In about 30 meters distance to the main house there is the cottage with a living area with kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
The plot is well situated and beautifully landscaped, an ideal place to relax and enjoy your holidays. From the pool or Jacuzzi, you have nice views to the garden with all the plants and palm trees. And you can watch the fishes enjoying the small pond next to the cottage.
The pool area offers a lot of space for having a sun bath. The covered BBQ is right next to the covered terrace and the terrace with the sun shade. The terraces are furnished with two dining tables and 14 chairs for being comfortable and enjoying the meals together. We would like to point out that the outdoor-jacuzzi is not heated.
