Casa Oleander ist located in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes away from SantanyÃ. And to the beach of Cala Santanyà you also drive only 5 minutes. It is a corner house without direct neighbours and the plot of 600m2 is completely fenced.
From the entrance you get to the spacious living-dining area with open kitchen, fully fitted including dishwasher and oven. Next to the kitchen there is the utility room with fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen and the living area have access to the terrace. Next to the living room there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite. It also has access to the terrace.
In the hall there is the stairs going up to the upper floor. There you find two double bedrooms, each one with bathroom en suite and access to the partly covered balcony. The balcony is nicely furnished with a small round table and 4 chairs. From there you enjoy the views over the landscape and to the garden with beautiful oleander and the pool. And from the roof terrace you can even catch a glimpse of the sea.

The spacious, partly covered terrace is furnished with a dining table, 6 chairs and electric BBQ. Around the 4x8m pool there is space enough for the 6 deck chairs, the sunshade, the outdoor shower and the beautiful oleander in the garden.
